Doodle Bird
Doodle Tip #6 Grab a magazine for inspiration. Flip through the pages and find an object with an interesting shape(I flipped through a home decorating mag and found a picture of a framed bird print). Draw your object of interest and continue doodling around it. Make a decorative border and fill the negative space with shapes or an imaginary landscape.

My daughter should do this, she is so creative. Of course if I mention it she'd instantly be turned off, but her brain works like a true artist.
